What are the delivery charges?
The Shipping Charges for Prepaid Orders are free while the Cash on Delivery charges for orders below Rs.3000 are Rs.50 and above Rs. 3000 are Rs.100. The cash on delivery charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at Gonoise.com. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.
Why does the delivery date does not match with the delivery timeline?
We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the seller within 2-3 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller where there is a heavy demand. Also, order is processed on all weekdays including Saturdays except for Sundays and major holidays. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
What is the estimated delivery time?
